Thermographic Imagery & Electronic Leak Detection (ELD)

Blue Bear Associates offer fast, non-invasive ELD surveys for commercial roofs, followed by a detailed report of condition. This service enables both the identification of any water ingress or verification of complete roof waterproofing integrity.
We also use state of the art thermal imaging to detect water ingress, heat loss, or moisture build-up to the building envelop, flat roofs, and commercial solar installations.
Our technicians utilise advanced thermal drone technology to conduct comprehensive inspections and generate detailed documentation, protecting both your building envelope and solar infrastructure through precise analysis and thorough reporting.
