Roof Inspection (Guarantee Compliance)

Established in 2008, Blue Bear Associates is a completely independent building envelope specialist with no manufacturer or contractor affiliations.

Our team brings over 20 years of commercial construction industry experience and extensive local authority expertise, utilising Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) -certified drone technology and thermal imaging to conduct safe, non-invasive inspections.

We deliver detailed reporting to protect manufacturer guarantees, identify defects, and optimise energy efficiency—all whilst maintaining full insurance coverage, enhanced DBS certification, and strict health and safety compliance.
